Plan questions

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. The workspace goes read-only — your plans stay visible and exportable to CSV — and everything comes straight back when you subscribe.

Which plan do I need?

If you design on your own, Solo. If more than one person touches a job, Team — that is where project history, live presence and shared templates live, and where five seats come included. You can move up at any time and the price is prorated.

Do my installers need a seat?

Only if they open the designer. A client link costs nothing and needs no account, so a tech who just needs to see the plan and the device details can use one of those.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Manage billing in the app. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, during early access. If RoughLine isn't working for you within 30 days of your first payment, email info@automatedsmartliving.com and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no hoops.
