Competitor details and prices are as published in September 2026 and change often — check their current plans before deciding. Bluebeam remains the better tool for marking up and comparing construction documents, and plenty of integrators will keep both. System Surveyor is strong on field survey workflow and photo documentation across security work. The difference here is coverage prediction and the engineering that falls out of it: cable lengths, rack loads, PoE budgets and design checks.

No. A client link publishes a frozen copy of the plan at its own address. They open it in a browser, look at the coverage and device details, and drop comment pins. They never see your workspace, your pricing or your other jobs.
It is a prediction from the floor plan, and the drawings say so. Speaker and camera geometry are straight arithmetic and hold up well. Wi-Fi uses path loss with per-material wall penalties, which gets you the right number of access points in the right places — then you verify and tune at commissioning, as you would anyway.

Yes. DXF export puts each system on its own layer, with devices as tagged symbols and coverage as polylines. DXF import reads the architect's geometry and can turn selected layers into walls.
